The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Runmagomedov takes a swing at Long's ribcage but misses.
Runmagomedov misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Long shoots in but Runmagomedov avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Runmagomedov is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Long checks the leg kick nicely there.

Runmagomedov moves into the clinch.
Long tries to pull guard but Runmagomedov forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Runmagomedov is trying to trip Long. He has hold of a leg but Long is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Runmagomedov persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Runmagomedov passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Runmagomedov has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Long is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Runmagomedov yanks on the arm and Long is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Runmagomedov.
