Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frankie Fragiley (ranked 6708 p4p, 0 weight class) and Amana Kelekolio (ranked 4659 p4p, 503 weight class). Frankie Fragiley looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kelekolio shoots in looking for a takedown. Fragiley tries to sprawl out of it but Kelekolio keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Fragiley manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Fragiley looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Kelekolio tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Fragiley defends well and Kelekolio ends up having to push Fragiley into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Kelekolio drives through with a takedown into guard.

Fragiley pushes Kelekolio off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Kelekolio closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kelekolio wants to stand but his hand is trapped. Fragiley uses the opportunity to regain full guard.
Kelekolio tries to free his leg and advance position but Fragiley is retaining full guard.

Kelekolio controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Fragiley is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Kelekolio is controlling him.
Kelekolio slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Kelekolio seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Kelekolio must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Kelekolio shoots in looking for a takedown but Fragiley manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Kelekolio's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Frankie Fragiley has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Amana Kelekolio.
