The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kenta throws a head kick that misses.
Kenta uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Twist.
Kenta takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Twist connects with a jab.

It looks like Hideo Kenta has been cut.
Kenta looks for a takedown but Twist sprawls well.
Twist keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Twist stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Hideo Kenta seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Kenta throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Twist went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
