Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Christopher Blackburn (ranked 3674 p4p, 391 weight class) and Mungo Jerry (ranked 2689 p4p, 316 weight class). Blackburn comes into the arena with Ultra Nate - Free (Super Extended Dance Vocal Mix) blaring out of the sound system. Mungo Jerry has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

9 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mungo Jerry!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, William Peck and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blackburn shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Jerry pinned against the ropes. Jerry gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Jerry swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Jerry cracks Blackburn with a good jab.
Blackburn misses with a takedown
and Jerry counters with a one-two to the body.
Blackburn tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Jerry swivels and escapes.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Christopher Blackburn. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Blackburn shoots in for a double leg but Jerry sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Blackburn tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Jerry defends well and Blackburn ends up having to push Jerry into the ropes where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Jerry clinches up with Blackburn and pushes him back against the ropes.
Jerry presses Blackburn against the ropes and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jerry is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Jerry escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Blackburn shoots in looking for a takedown. Jerry tries to sprawl out of it but Blackburn keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Jerry manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Christopher Blackburn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jerry leaves Blackburn with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jerry cracks Blackburn with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Oooooh!!! Jerry has knocked Blackburn down with a huge combo! Jerry steps away and waves a wobbly Blackburn back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Blackburn is rocked!
Jerry throws an overhand right that drops Blackburn like a sack of potatoes! Jerry dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!

Mungo Jerry decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
