The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Keinonen pushes Laitela up against the cage in a clinch.

so Laitela counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.

Laitela drops back looking for a leg! Keinonen is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Keinonen manages to kick Laitela off! Laitela jumps back into Keinonen's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Keinonen has his foot on Laitela's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Laitela works his way back into a safe position though.

Keinonen is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Keinonen throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Laitela escapes and throws Keinonen's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Laitela has control of an arm but Keinonen manages to advance to Laitela's back!
Keinonen is keeping busy.
Keinonen is trying to get back to his feet but Laitela has full control of the position and if anything, Keinonen has just worked his way into a worse spot.

Laitela lands with a nice looking elbow that stuns Keinonen.

Laitela has got one arm under Keinonen's chin. This could be trouble... Keinonen trying to control the other hand but Laitela gets it free and sqeezes tight - just a matter of time now! Yep, Keinonen has tapped out! The fight is over!
