The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bishop misses with a low kick.
Beaverton swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Bishop has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Beaverton is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Bishop wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Bishop dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Beaverton. That did some damage!

and Bishop makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Bishop uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Beaverton has time to react.

Beaverton is rocked!
Bishop is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Beaverton flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Beaverton is out cold! Bishop holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
