Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lincoln Morissette (ranked 4150 p4p, 0 weight class) and Halldor Omarsson (ranked 2549 p4p, 0 weight class). Halldor Omarsson told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Omarsson lands a head kick. Morissette smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Morissette throws a right and a left that both miss.
Morissette throws a right and a left that both miss.
Morissette blocks a head kick by Omarsson.
As Omarsson looks to move away, Morissette throws a big counter combo but Omarsson just gets out of the way.
Omarsson avoids a punch combination nicely.
Morissette misses with a jab, cross combination.
Morissette misses with a series of wild punches.

Morissette misses with a double jab.
Morissette fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Omarsson lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Omarsson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Omarsson tries a head kick but it misses.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Morissette misses with a few strikes there.
Morissette throws a right hand that Omarsson ducks under and follows up with a left that Omarsson also avoids with ease.
Morissette is breathing heavily.
Omarsson pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Sloppy strikes from Morissette. Those never looked like landing.

Morissette throws a nice looking combination but Omarsson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Morissette rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Omarsson moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Morissette avoids the head kick by Omarsson.
Omarsson lands with a kick to the temple. Morissette shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Morissette is rocked!
Morissette gets hit by the mother of all head kicks and drops to the canvas in a crumpled heap! Woooow, the Internet is going to be talking about this one for weeks!
