PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Aivan Kamala (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Quan Raiden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Quan Raiden told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kamala misses with a wild body shot.
Raiden takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Raiden rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kamala moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Nice uppercut lands for Kamala. That snapped Raiden's head back.
Kamala tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Kamala takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

and Raiden counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
No joy there for Kamala, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Raiden stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Kamala throws a hook to the side of Raiden's head but Raiden sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Kamala throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Raiden sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Kamala wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Kamala looks to score with a jab to the body but Raiden is just out of range.

Kamala throws a hook but Raiden avoids it easily.

Kamala moves out of range as Raiden strikes.
