The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Diagnozio shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in West's guard.
Diagnozio is standing up over West. West looks to escape but Diagnozio dives into side control.

Diagnozio happy to just control the position for now.

Diagnozio tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Diagnozio has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Diagnozio is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down West's shoulder. That is not cool.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

West is trying to control Diagnozio's posture but Diagnozio avoids it.
West seems a little lost for a moment, as Diagnozio dominates the positioning.
West is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Diagnozio is one step ahead and moves to full mount!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Diagnozio controlling the position easily from mount.

West has left one of his arms exposed and Diagnozio doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. West screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
