And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shea moves into range and clinches up with Black.
Shea drags the fight down to the ground.
Black wants to pass the guard but Shea is keeping the position.
Shea knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Black on the ground.

Shea is looking for a triangle here but Black uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Black is trying to get an arm triangle but Shea is defending well.
Black looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Shea tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Black is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Shea looks calm but he's in trouble here. Black gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Shea is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Black lets go of the hold and Shea can pop his arm back in it's socket.
