Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fabio ST (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Victor Hugo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hugo has chosen Yvan & Dan Daniel - Enjoy The Silence as his entrance music. Victor Hugo is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Mauricio Rocha and Alexandre Firmino.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
ST shoots in but Hugo avoids the takedown attempt easily.
ST looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Hugo drops ST with a left right combo! Hugo follows him down to the ground into side control.

It looks like Fabio ST has been cut.
ST might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
ST is looking to regain half guard here but Hugo keeps moving and retains side control.
Hugo in side control, just content to control the action for now.
Hugo scoring with punches and elbows.
Hugo is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Hugo tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
You can see the frustration on ST's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Hugo decides to stand back up. Hugo steps back and let's ST get back to his feet.

That's one minute gone in the round.
ST seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Hugo shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! ST is backing up but Hugo catches him with a final right hook that drops him! ST covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Hugo Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Victor Hugo!
