Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Daniel Cesar and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
crack swats away the attempt to clinch by Silva.
Silva sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
crack misses with a series of wild punches.
Silva fails with an attempt to clinch.
crack throws a head kick but Silva moves out of range.
Silva avoids the head kick by crack.
crack misses with a two punch combination.
crack moves into the clinch.
crack breaks the clinch.
crack throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
crack looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
crack forces Silva back against the cage and clinches.

crack has Silva pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. crack pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Silva tumbling to the mat - crack dives into Silva's guard.
Silva is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
crack's corner is telling him to maintain position.
crack stands up and waves to Silva to follow him.
crack misses with a two punch combination.
crack looks gassed!
crack throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Silva wants to clinch up but crack keeps it at a distance.
Silva tries to clinch but crack is having none of it.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Silva.

crack tries a head kick but it misses.
crack stuffs the takedown attempt from Silva. Silva gets slowly back to his feet.
Silva avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
crack moves into range and clinches up with Silva.
Silva fails to pull guard.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rennon Silva. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Silva pulls guard effortlessly.
Silva escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. crack gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
crack seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Silva has a closed guard, preventing crack from standing up.
Silva is looking for a triangle but crack pushes his legs off easily.

crack is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Silva is looking to sinch up a triangle. crack throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Silva's body to avoid the submission. Silva has instead reached around crack's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Silva arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
