It looks like Wesley Comchenko has been cut.
Hensen lands with a hook. Comchenko tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Comchenko closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Hensen's guard.
Comchenko wants to pass the guard but Hensen is keeping the position.

Hensen pushes a forearm under Comchenko's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Comchenko is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
