The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Tiny Johnson and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ivanans closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Rack has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Ivanans regains guard immediately.
Ivanans really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Ivanans wants to sweep but no luck.
Rack controls from within his opponent's guard.
Let's hope that Rack has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Ivanans shoots in for a takedown but Rack shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

and Rack counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Rack is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Rack looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Ivanans is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Kario Rack has got the better of the ground game so far.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Rack has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Ivanans!
Rack tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Rack quickly switches position and commits to an armbar! It's a big risk for Rack but it's paid off an Ivanans is forced to tap! Nice work by Rack.
