Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Taylor Jack (ranked 366 p4p, 45 weight class) and Patty Larkin (ranked 454 p4p, 54 weight class). Jack's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Lucid Dreams. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Larkin looks to score with a jab to the body but Jack is just out of range.
Larkin moves out of range of the strikes.

Larkin does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Larkin closes the distance and clinches up with Jack, looking for a takedown. Larkin pushes Jack against the ropes but Jack circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
A counter left hand to the body from Jack misses its target.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Jack tries to score with a low kick but Larkin moves his leg out of the way.

and Larkin takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Jack lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Larkin tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Jack is able to avoid easily.
Jack throws a series of punches but Larkin avoids them all with ease.
And Larkin tries to counter it with a takedown but Jack pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Larkin seems to have recovered his senses.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

As Larkin looks to move away, Jack throws a big counter combo but Larkin just gets out of the way.

Jack takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

Taylor Jack is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Larkin tries for a takedown but Jack sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Larkin slips a straight right by Jack.

Larkin throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jack's waist but Jack gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Larkin off to one side.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Jack.
Jack misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

and Larkin takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Larkin dives in and grabs Jack's left leg, looking for a takedown. Jack pushes down on Larkin's head and hops out.

Larkin throws a wild hook but Jack just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Larkin gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the ropes! The referee jumps in - Jack raises his hands in celebration and walks away!
