The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Porter throws a nice looking combination but Brewer bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Porter will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Porter throws a lazy head kick

and Brewer counters with a nice double leg into side control. Porter won't be happy with that.
Porter is looking to get back to his feet here but Brewer is keeping cool and he's managed to take Porter's back.

Brewer is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Porter has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Brewer has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Porter taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Brewer doesn't care though - he's delighted!
