Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Niko Sanders (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pedro Del Dodo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Del Dodo has chosen Out of my way as his entrance music. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Niko Sanders!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Pedro Del Dodo!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Frank Dennis and Gwen Towbar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Del Dodo looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Sanders decides to pull guard.
Del Dodo won't allow Sanders to get back to his feet.
Del Dodo trying to control but Sanders is working from the bottom.
Del Dodo prevents Sanders from getting back to his feet.

Sanders pushes Del Dodo off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Sanders tries to clinch there but Del Dodo circles away.

Sanders moves into the clinch.

Sanders escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Del Dodo takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Sanders moves into the clinch.
Sanders dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.
Del Dodo takes an elbow to the forehead.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Sanders breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Del Dodo tries to clinch up
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.

Sanders moves into the clinch.
Sanders landing knees to the head.


It looks like Pedro Del Dodo has been cut.
Sanders scores a nice knee to the body.
Sanders lands with a light punch inside.
Sanders comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Sanders creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Del Dodo's defenses.
Sanders misses with a knee strike.
Sanders lands a knee to the body.

Sanders manages to break the clinch.
Sanders is looking to clinch but Del Dodo is avoiding it.
Sanders closes this distance looking for a takedown but Del Dodo circles away.
Del Dodo takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Sanders pushes Del Dodo up against the cage in a clinch.
Del Dodo takes an elbow to the forehead.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sanders lands a nice knee to the body.
A knee to the head by Sanders.


Del Dodo is rocked!
Sanders has the Thai clinch. He lands a big knee to the head that stumbles Del Dodo - he's in trouble! Another big knee to the head from Sanders, and another! Del Dodo is out on his feet - the ref jumps in to save him and ends the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knees). Niko Sanders!
