The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Seehaver checks a leg kick.
Kubilay throws a body punch but Seehaver moves out of range.
Seehaver changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Kubilay swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Seehaver attempts a counter takedown but Kubilay avoids it well and moves away.
Kubilay has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Seehaver is landing a low percentage of strikes.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Seehaver shoots in for a double leg but Kubilay sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Kubilay flicks out a counter leg kick but Seehaver steps away.
Seehaver shoots in looking for a takedown. Kubilay tries to sprawl out of it but Seehaver keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kubilay manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Kubilay appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
