The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adams shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Walker pinned against the cage. Walker gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Walker throws a big counter combination but Adams scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Walker tries to clinch but Adams is having none of it.
Gerry Adams seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Walker lands a big head kick that sends Adams tumbling to the mat! Walker takes a step backwards and waves Adams back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Gerry Adams has been cut.
Adams fails with the takedown.
Walker stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Walker wants it to stay on the feet.
