Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jesse Mckee (ranked 24862 p4p, 0 weight class) and Janis Blums (ranked 4702 p4p, 0 weight class). Blums comes into a darkened arena with his song building. BEAST by Rob Bailey & The Hustle Standard kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Janis Blums will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mckee stuffs the takedown attempt from Blums. Blums gets slowly back to his feet.

Blums manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Mckee on his heels. He'll look to pass Mckee's guard now, I'm sure.

Mckee fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Blums sprawls well initially but Mckee persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Mckee perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Mckee seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Blums for as long as he can get away with.

Blums changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mckee tries to avoid it but Blums manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mckee to the ground. Mckee escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Janis Blums is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Mckee tries for a takedown but Blums sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
