The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
St Pierre swings and misses with a hook to the body.
St Pierre moves into the clinch.
St Pierre misses with the head strike.
St Pierre working some nice short punches in the clinch.
St Pierre makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
St Pierre misses with a punch on the inside.
Richard blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, St Pierre creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Richard blocks a punch to the side of the head.
St Pierre tries a body shot but Richard blocks it.
St Pierre lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Richard backwards.
St Pierre doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Richard has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed St Pierre clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
I would not like to be St Pierre right now.

St Pierre is trying to defend against the choke here but Richard has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Richard Tightens the hold and St Pierre taps out furiously! Richard displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
