The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lettu misses with a two punch combination.
Lettu fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Kanda shoots and misses
and Lettu counters with a nice uppercut.

Kanda has taken the fight to the clinch.
Kanda jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Lettu walks away with a smile on his face. Kanda gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Kanda shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Lettu cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Yu Kanda. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lettu loads up on a big right hand but Kanda slips the punch.
Kanda has his takedown stuffed
and Lettu counters with a huge left! Kanda is in big trouble! He's backing up but Lettu isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Kanda from any more damage. A dominating finish by Lettu!
