The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duck lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Duck shoots in and drives through. Dzyuba sprawls well.
Dzyuba looks to land a left hand but Duck moved out of range nicely.
Duck shoots for a takedown but Dzyuba saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Dzyuba misses with a double jab
and Duck counters with a series of strikes. Dzyuba will be more careful next time no doubt.
Dzyuba goes for a double leg but Duck avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Duck continues to drive forward.
It looked like Duck was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
