The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mancini lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

No joy there for Bell, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Ray Mancini seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bell walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Mancini checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Bell on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Mancini. Mancini obviously looking to wear him down.
Bell will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Bell has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Bell got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mancini has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Bell has managed to get both his arms back between Mancini's legs - danger averted.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Bell is working Mancini over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Bell loads up on a big left hand. Mancini felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Bell looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Mancini can't hide his disappointment, as Bell celebrates the victory.

Greg Bell really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that IniTech Nutrition logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
