Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bina Raga (ranked 2452 p4p, 290 weight class) and Seth Slithers (ranked 2642 p4p, 307 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Bina Raga!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Seth Slithers!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, William Gold and Richard Clark.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Raga throws a shot to the body.
Slithers shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Raga pinned against the cage. Raga gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Raga throws a big counter combination but Slithers scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Raga tries to bum rush Slithers with a series of wild strikes but Slithers uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Raga throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Slithers.
Raga swats away the attempt to clinch by Slithers.
It looked like Raga was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Raga looks to land a combination. Slithers sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Slithers gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Raga.
Raga connects with a good right hand that stumbles Slithers. Slithers circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Raga smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

It looks like Seth Slithers has been cut.

and Slithers counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Raga!

Slithers thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Raga is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.
Raga is looking to reverse the position.
Raga is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Slithers off and has taken his back!

Raga knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Slithers on the ground.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Raga lands a punch to the side of the head from the back.
Slithers rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Slithers is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Slithers is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Raga pulls his head out easily.
Raga is looking to take a break and control but Slithers is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Raga is nestled in close to Slithers, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Raga looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Raga is keen to just control but Slithers is a slippery customer.
Slithers is trying to control but can't.
Raga seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Slithers wants to improve his position but Raga is controlling well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Raga decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Raga pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Bina Raga seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Slithers tries for a takedown but Raga circles away easily
and Raga counters with a two punch combo.

Raga closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Slithers is rocked!
Raga in side control, just content to control the action for now.
Slithers looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Slithers is still in real trouble! Can Raga finish him?
Raga is working Slithers over with some ground and pound from side control.
Raga cracks Slithers with a big right hand but Slithers just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Raga lands a nice short elbow.
Raga is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

Raga loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Slithers scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Raga land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Raga stands and salutes the crowd.

A very excited looking Bina Raga made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
Seth Slithers was interviewed post fight and said 'He escaped my death grip. Next time he wont be so lucky. '.
