The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Puskas throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Puskas misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Omayao stuffs the takedown.
Omayao uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Puskas.

and Omayao counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Milan Puskas. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Omayao tries to clinch there but Puskas circles away.
Puskas shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Omayao as he avoids it easily.
Puskas shoots in looking for a takedown. Omayao tries to sprawl out of it but Puskas keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Omayao manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Puskas jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Omayao walks away with a smile on his face. Puskas gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

and Omayao counters with a huge uppercut, hook combination that drops Puskas! The ref has seen enough - he's dived in to stop the fight! Brutal strikes by Omayao!
