Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Drips looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Well, if Bones is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Drips is staying active underneath Bones, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Bones in particular looking to stall.

Bones is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Drips is just riding it out for now. Bones eventually gives up the hold.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!



Bones decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Bones takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Drips is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Bones's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Bones's back!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Bones shoots for a double leg takedown but Drips sprawls well. He's pushed Bones's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Drips drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Bones defends it well.
Drips throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Vodka Drips seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Drips throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Bones shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Drips pinned against the cage. Drips gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Jon Bones is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
