The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Alan Glass and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hartman rushes Johnstone and presses him up against the cage.
Hartman tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Johnstone's elbow.
Johnstone ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Johnstone no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Johnstone has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Hartman can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Hartman is looking to work some ground and pound but Johnstone has wrist control.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

That was a close round but I would say that Virgilio Hartman will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Johnstone closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Hartman's guard.
Hartman has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Johnstone is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
Johnstone escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Hartman is not content to let Johnstone control the position.
Johnstone decides to stand back up. Johnstone steps back and let's Hartman get back to his feet.

Hartman is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Johnstone asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Hartman manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Hartman is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Johnstone is just riding it out for now. Hartman eventually gives up the hold.

Johnstone has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Hartman is working away from the top position though.

Johnstone wants to sweep but Hartman has passed to side control!
Hartman goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Johnstone has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Hartman but great work by Johnstone.

Johnstone shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Hartman napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Hartman gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Hartman tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Johnstone is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Hartman buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Hartman!! Hartman is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Johnstone throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:31 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Magic Johnstone!
Magic Johnstone spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
