Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Park Shin Bum (ranked 7216 p4p, 0 weight class) and Xix Zyx (ranked 3626 p4p, 0 weight class). Shin Bum kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is The King is Here. Zyx has chosen Welcome to Hell as his entrance music. Xix Zyx has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Park Shin Bum!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Xix Zyx!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Arvi Lind.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zyx has a takedown stuffed.
Shin Bum scores with a sloppy right hand. Zyx should have avoided that one.
Shin Bum throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Zyx stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Shin Bum connects with a nice looking jab.

Zyx fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Shin Bum to the ground. Zyx is now in Shin Bum's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Zyx slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Shin Bum controls Zyx momentarily but Zyx frees himself.
Zyx is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Zyx engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Shin Bum throws a shot to the body.
Zyx misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Zyx takes one to the side of the head.

Zyx shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Shin Bum manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Shin Bum is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Zyx prevents Shin Bum from standing back up.
Shin Bum wants to control but Zyx is keeping busy.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Zyx content to control rather than advance.
Shin Bum is in trouble now - Zyx has advanced to mount!

Shin Bum knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Zyx on the ground.

Shin Bum tries to improve his position but Zyx has taken his back! Zyx has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Shin Bum tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Zyx pushes Shin Bum away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Xix Zyx!
Xix Zyx spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
The defeated Park Shin Bum had this to say: 'Its life hes better tonight and im not so hes the winner. Props to him he worked this hard just to defeat me. And hes got the job done. Im out. !!! DROP THE MIC.'.
