Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leif Erikson (ranked 435 p4p, 66 weight class) and Evil Nixon (ranked 262 p4p, 36 weight class). Erikson comes to the cage accompanied by Into Battle - Ensiferum. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Erikson looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Erikson takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Nixon takes one to the side of the head.
Nixon misses with a straight right.
Nixon pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Erikson throws a low kick but Nixon moves out of range easily.
Nixon is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.

Erikson jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.

Erikson displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Nixon throws out the jab.

Erikson with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Nixon to score with a decent uppercut.

Nixon throws an overhand right that drops Erikson like a sack of potatoes! Nixon dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
