Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chip Chocolate (ranked 2593 p4p, 103 weight class) and Carl Sands (ranked 1823 p4p, 57 weight class). Chocolate comes to the cage accompanied by Cookie Dance. Sands has chosen Ante Up (Remix) - By: M.O.P. ft. Busta Rhymes, Teflon, Remy Martin as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Chip Chocolate has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 10 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Carl Sands!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Frank Dennis and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sands misses with an uppercut

so Chocolate counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Chocolate is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
Sands looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Sands looking for subs off his back but Chocolate has passed one foot through into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sands is trying to control but can't.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sands tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Chocolate thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Chocolate looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Sands with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Sands is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Chocolate is in close to Sands's body, working some short punches and elbows.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Sands working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Chocolate doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Chocolate manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Chocolate postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Chocolate has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Chocolate working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Chocolate misses with a takedown attempt - Sands sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Chocolate connects with a stiff jab that staggers Sands - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!

Chip Chocolate tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
