The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

reitcovicht rushes Williams and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

reitcovicht manages to pull guard.

Williams avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

reitcovicht has his foot on Williams's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Williams works his way back into a safe position though.
reitcovicht bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Williams's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
reitcovicht postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Williams wants to stand but reitcovicht is controlling the position.
reitcovicht passes Williams's left leg - he's now in half guard.
reitcovicht thows a huge punch but Williams dodges it nicely.

reitcovicht is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Williams sees it coming and defends easily.
Williams won't allow reitcovicht to pass to mount.

reitcovicht is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
reitcovicht looks gassed!
Williams regains full guard. Nicely done.
reitcovicht has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Williams wants to stand up but reitcovicht is controlling him.

Williams kicks reitcovicht off and gets to his feet.
Williams throws a shot from downtown. reitcovicht moves away and avoids it.
reitcovicht takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
