Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Daniel Franklin and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Smith fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Smith stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Smith swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Pranjic.
Pranjic looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Smith jabs Pranjic to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Smith shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Pranjic eats them both and turns towards Smith to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Pranjic is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Smith throws a good cross that connects.
Pranjic on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Pranjic doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Smith counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Smith lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Oh Pranjic is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Pranjic seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Smith shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Pranjic is backing up but Smith catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Pranjic covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Smith Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). RJ Smith!
