Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Pablo Pablos (ranked 2246 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shin Dong Hyuk (ranked 2816 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 35 - 47 - 0, fighting out of London, Pablo Pablos!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 39 - 20 - 3, fighting out of Los Angeles, Shin Dong Hyuk!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, William Gold and Daniel Bishop.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dong Hyuk decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Pablos has one foot on Dong Hyuk's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.
Dong Hyuk pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Pablos back to the cage. Dong Hyuk follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Pablos is trying hard to land a takedown here. Dong Hyuk sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Pablos shoots in but Dong Hyuk avoids the takedown attempt easily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Dong Hyuk tries to close the distance and clinch but Pablos swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Pablos appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Danga de danga de dang - Dong Hyuk scores with a four punch combination!
Pablos tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Dong Hyuk swivels and escapes.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Pablo Pablos. That's going to take a lot out of him.
No luck for Pablos with that takedown attempt.

Pablos tries to keep at a distance but Dong Hyuk has taken the fight into the clinch.
Dong Hyuk lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Pablos backwards.
Dong Hyuk is pressed up against the cage. Pablos has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Dong Hyuk down to the mat. Dong Hyuk avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Pablos gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Pablos utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Pablos pushes a forearm under Dong Hyuk's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Dong Hyuk is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
