Rivera tries a head kick but it misses.
Rivera tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Schaefer paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Rivera is looking to clinch but Schaefer is avoiding it.
Schaefer takes a kick to the side of the head.

It looks like Ben Schaefer has been cut.

Schaefer shoots in and bounces Rivera off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Rivera manages to get his head free but now Schaefer has transitioned to an armbar! Rivera grimaces and is forced to tap! Beautiful Jiu Jitsu from Schaefer! I'd be surprised if that didn't end up as submission of the night!
