PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Allen Kenneth (ranked 3966 p4p, 397 weight class) and Temujin Khan (ranked 4285 p4p, 414 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Khan's choice of entrance music: Some weird ass Mongolian folk music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Temujin Khan!
The judges for this bout are Aafke Stam, Radbod Blank and Paulsen Ambrosius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Khan rushes Kenneth and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Kenneth gets control of Khan's arms and successfully pulls guard. Kenneth will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Kenneth controls Khan momentarily but Khan frees himself.
Khan slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Khan tries to advance to mount but can't.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kenneth is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at The Amsterdam Sporting Gym, so we'll see if he gets out of it.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Kenneth has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Khan uses from the top position.

Khan creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Kenneth with a big uppercut! Kenneth tries to clinch up but Khan pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Kenneth to the mat! Kenneth covers up and Khan unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:25 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Temujin Khan!
