Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Steve Smith and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Westbrook looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Sutherland is fending him off so far but Westbrook persists. Nope, Sutherland circles away and we're back to standing.
Westbrook throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sutherland's waist but Sutherland gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Westbrook off to one side.
Westbrook fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mark Westbrook. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Sutherland drops Westbrook with a right and a left! Sutherland comes rushing in but Westbrook regains his composure and manages to keep Sutherland in guard.

Westbrook is looking for a triangle but Sutherland pushes his legs off easily.

Westbrook bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Sutherland's guard.
Westbrook could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Westbrook keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Sutherland's head.

Sutherland has momentary wrist control but Westbrook slips an elbow through the middle.

Westbrook trying to control the position from guard on top but Sutherland is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Westbrook's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Sutherland connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Sutherland throws a one two combo.
Sutherland tests Westbrook's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Westbrook tries for a takedown but Sutherland sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Mark Westbrook seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Westbrook is breathing heavily.
Sutherland Rushes Westbrook and starts throwing punches like they are going out of style! Westbrook is up against the cage and has nowhere to go. Sutherland Piles on the pressure and Westbrook crumples to the floor! This one is all over!
