The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hensley keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Hensley tries to keep at a distance but Larner has taken the fight into the clinch.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Larner misses with an elbow over the top.

Larner jabs Hensley right on the nose. Hensley blinks but takes it well.

It looks like Millard Hensley has been cut.
Larner shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hensley but Hensley pushes him off and we're back to square one.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Larner stays in close to Hensley's body and controls the position.
Larner postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Larner working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Hensley is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Larner tries to free his leg and advance position but Hensley is retaining full guard.

Larner not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Larner stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Hensley swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Willian Larner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hensley shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Larner manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hensley decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

and Larner counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Hensley is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Hensley gets caught flat footed, as Larner shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Larner throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Hensley works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Hensley will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Larner accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Oh Hensley is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hensley tries to clinch but Larner moves out of range.

Larner connects with a stiff jab that staggers Hensley - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
