Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Robert Alomar (ranked 3417 p4p, 400 weight class) and Igi Peterson (ranked 6381 p4p, 573 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Robert Alomar!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Igi Peterson!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shirou Masuda and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alomar connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Peterson moves into the clinch.
Alomar lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Peterson dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.
Peterson is trying to stall.
Peterson drags the fight down to the ground.
Peterson controls Alomar momentarily but Alomar frees himself.
Alomar slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Peterson wants to get back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Peterson prevents Alomar from moving into mount.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Alomar is trying to get an arm triangle but Peterson is defending well.
Alomar is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Peterson knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Peterson keeps Alomar under control for a moment.
Alomar controlling the position from side mount.
Peterson isn't going anywhere.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Peterson is not content to let Alomar control the position.
Alomar tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Peterson is trying to get back to half guard.
Alomar wants to control but Peterson is keeping him busy.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Peterson prevents Alomar from moving into mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Alomar has an Americana. Peterson didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Alomar is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Alomar hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
