Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Gerald Oppenheimer!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Gwen Towbar and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Oppenheimer has Acevedo up against the cage in a clinch.
Acevedo is pushing Oppenheimer up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
A nice left hand lands by Acevedo.
Oppenheimer manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Acevedo displaying some good clinch control by pressing Oppenheimer up against the cage.
Acevedo misses with a short punch on the inside.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Acevedo throws a strike but Oppenheimer rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
