The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from The Destroyer is defended easily by Linwood.
Linwood drives through with a takedown into The Destroyer's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
The Destroyer has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Linwood off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

The Destroyer sneaks out the side door and pushes Linwood away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

and The Destroyer counters with a three punch combo that has Linwood backing up. Linwood nods at The Destroyer to acknowledge the strikes.
Linwood is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in The Destroyer's half guard.

Linwood is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. The Destroyer doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Linwood.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
