Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Reynold March (ranked 5797 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mohammed Rahardian (ranked 5182 p4p, 0 weight class). Mohammed Rahardian has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Reynold March's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Reynold March!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mohammed Rahardian!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Alan Glass and George Francis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rahardian closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming March to the mat! March manages to get full guard.
March is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Rahardian is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Rahardian changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. March looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Rahardian remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

March is trying to keep Rahardian in close.

March goes for a double leg but Rahardian avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Rahardian continues to drive forward.
March doesn't manage to clinch there - Rahardian circles away.

March tries to close the distance and clinch up but Rahardian swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

March gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Rahardian to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Rahardian is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! March is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! March has escaped and now he's on top!

March wants to pass the guard but Rahardian is keeping the position.

Rahardian isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. March stacks Rahardian on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by March!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Reynold March.
Well Rahardian has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
