Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Dirty WhiteBoy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Mikael Ruusu!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Paul Gruel and Colin Fray.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
WhiteBoy has his takedown stuffed
and Ruusu counters with a nice uppercut.

WhiteBoy shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Ruusu manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Ruusu wants to sweep but no luck.
WhiteBoy stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ruusu swivels though and keeps the full guard.
WhiteBoy is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Ruusu utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Ruusu is looking to stand up but WhiteBoy isn't so interested in that idea.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

WhiteBoy thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
WhiteBoy has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Ruusu is trying to control the position but WhiteBoy postures up.

WhiteBoy throwing strikes but missing.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Ruusu can do anything to dispel that myth.
WhiteBoy makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
WhiteBoy throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Ruusu avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Ruusu working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from WhiteBoy.
WhiteBoy throws a strike but Ruusu rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

WhiteBoy has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Ruusu can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Ruusu stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. WhiteBoy swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Ruusu is posturing up here but WhiteBoy has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Ruusu tries to roll out but it's too tight and Ruusu has to tap! Slick submission there by WhiteBoy!
