Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Edison Shaffer (ranked 24672 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cobra Lee (ranked 5114 p4p, 0 weight class). Cobra Lee will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lee gets a takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Lee has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Lee wants to get up but he can't break Shaffer's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Lee is just content to waste time from the top position. Shaffer takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

Lee might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Shaffer haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Shaffer stands up and we're back to a striking position.

That was a close second round but I would say that Edison Shaffer will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
