Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Georges StPierre (ranked 6332 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mbekezeli Ndawonde (ranked 2908 p4p, 0 weight class). StPierre comes to the cage accompanied by Can't Stop - Red Hot Chili Peppers. Georges StPierre could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Mbekezeli Ndawonde's chin.

The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Santiago Holmes and Bart Greer.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ndawonde lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
StPierre is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
StPierre moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.
Ndawonde connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Ndawonde looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
StPierre slips a jab from Ndawonde.
StPierre wants to clinch but Ndawonde slips to the side
and Ndawonde counters with a low kick, right behind StPierre 's knee.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Ndawonde works on StPierre's body with a couple of short punches.
Ndawonde misses with a punch on the inside.

StPierre ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. StPierre no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Ndawonde must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
StPierre can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Ndawonde controls the pace.

Ndawonde tries to free his leg and advance position but StPierre is retaining full guard.

Ndawonde's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Ndawonde got a little sloppy there for a moment and StPierre has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ndawonde has managed to get both his arms back between StPierre's legs - danger averted.

We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Ndawonde.
StPierre swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Ndawonde connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
The fight stays on the outside here - StPierre looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Good exchange - Ndawonde coming out on top.
Ndawonde moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
A swing and a miss from Ndawonde.
StPierre throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Ndawonde lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
StPierre tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Ndawonde defends well and StPierre ends up having to push Ndawonde into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

StPierre leaves his chin hanging out and Ndawonde seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! StPierre crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
