Coming up we have a heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Ivar Viking (ranked 3541 p4p, 383 weight class) and Trash Original (ranked 3531 p4p, 396 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

In the red corner, competing out of New York, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 1 losses; Ivar Viking! And in the blue corner, fighting out of New York, with a TWGC record of 2 wins and 1 losses; Trash Original!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, John Roberts and Lou da Vinci.


The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Viking shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Original counters by moving into the clinch.
Original is trying to drag Viking to the mat but Viking just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Original tries to pull guard but Viking forces him back to his feet, against the cage.

Viking jumps into guard, dragging Original to the mat.

Viking escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Original gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Original is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Viking will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Original got a little sloppy there for a moment and Viking has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Original has managed to get both his arms back between Viking's legs - danger averted.
