Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sebastian Vettel (ranked 5215 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Clemente (ranked 5200 p4p, 0 weight class). Sebastian Vettel had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Dean Styles and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clemente blocks a head kick by Vettel.
No luck for Clemente with that takedown attempt.
Vettel pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Vettel gets a takedown into half guard.
Vettel missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Vettel decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
Vettel scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Clemente has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Clemente throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Clemente tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Vettel swivels and escapes.
Clemente gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Vettel works a leg free and moves into half guard.
Clemente has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Vettel is working away from the top position though.

Clemente is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Vettel rolls with it to try and escape but Clemente cranks on the arm and Vettel is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
