Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Brandon Stark (ranked 1899 p4p, 223 weight class) and Darren Lamb (ranked 3082 p4p, 337 weight class). Darren Lamb has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Brandon Stark's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lamb lunges at Stark with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Stark's hand.

Lamb drives through and clinches with Stark against the cage.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Lamb has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Stark regains guard immediately.

That was a close round but I would say that Brandon Stark will probably get the nod.

Stark is trying to drag Lamb to the mat but Lamb just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Brandon Stark. That's going to take a lot out of him.
