Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Snake Under A T Rex Bottom (ranked 3065 p4p, 338 weight class) and John De Hahler (ranked 4019 p4p, 414 weight class). A T Rex Bottom kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is A Tribe Called Kotori. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Jonathan Paton and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from De Hahler misses.
A T Rex Bottom feinted there with a counter leg kick.
De Hahler misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A T Rex Bottom tries to counter with a takedown but De Hahler is quick to defend against it.
De Hahler fakes high and swings low for a body shot but A T Rex Bottom manages to avoid it.
As De Hahler backs away, A T Rex Bottom returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
De Hahler throws an uppercut from half a mile away. A T Rex Bottom sees it coming and avoids it easily.
A T Rex Bottom feinted with a counter takedown.
A T Rex Bottom dodges the punch combination from De Hahler.
And A T Rex Bottom counters with a quick kick to the body but De Hahler blocks it.
John De Hahler seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
De Hahler throws an ugly left hook that misses
and A T Rex Bottom makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. De Hahler really felt that one!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and A T Rex Bottom counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

and A T Rex Bottom counters with a left and a right that hurts De Hahler! He wobbles and falls to the floor - he's in big trouble! A T Rex Bottom jumps into full mount!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

A T Rex Bottom tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
De Hahler is still in real trouble! Can A T Rex Bottom finish him?
De Hahler tries to reverse the position but A T Rex Bottom maintains control.
A T Rex Bottom postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked De Hahler badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of A T Rex Bottom around the waist but A T Rex Bottom pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! A T Rex Bottom is the winner by TKO! A T Rex Bottom jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Snake Under A T Rex Bottom!
Snake Under A T Rex Bottom took to the mic in his post fight interview and said 'Orange Do Oh Hope just whooped your ass, hooray I won!
