The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De Meleaur scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Grant cracks De Meleaur with a good jab.

De Meleaur closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Grant's guard.

De Meleaur drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and De Meleaur jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
De Meleaur is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.
De Meleaur passes Grant's left leg - he's now in half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
De Meleaur seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
De Meleaur winds up and cracks Grant with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Grant keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
De Meleaur sitting and controlling from the half guard.
Grant has hold of De Meleaur's hands but De Meleaur slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
De Meleaur lands with a punch from half guard.

Grant pushes De Meleaur off, looking to escape but De Meleaur dives into side control. He's locked up a kimura now - that was fast! He's cranking on it and Grant is forced to tap! The fight is over!
